Lead Journey
Find a lead and follow what happened.
Search is not connected
Search first, or choose filters on their own. Matches will explain which field matched.
Recent leads
Example rows only · Synthetic scenarios, not real people or live activity.
Choose a lead to read their journey
The selected record opens here, with its opt-outs, source coverage and newest touch first.
Selected lead
Identity, ownership and stage remain together.
Consent and contact restrictions stay visible above the timeline.
A missing source stays separate from an empty history.
Newest touch appears first
Channel, event time and source sit beside each event. Conversation content sits below.
English view · No conversation loaded.
Earlier touches
Continue the same timeline. Older-touch pagination keeps incomplete source notes visible.
How to search
- Search a name, part of a number, an email, a CRM ID or a form.
- Use channel, date, status, language or market to narrow the matches.
- Choose a match to read its journey, newest touch first.
What stays visible in a journey
Identity masking, opt-outs, missing sources, failed reads and unavailable translations stay visible. English / Original remains beside the conversation. Timeline channels also include CRM and System.
A partial search result is never labelled “No match”. A pinned snapshot is not added by this design.
